Background:
Minos is an alchemist first seen in the lost city of Drakenloft, in the north.(In the RP, it's in the upper part of the country.). Where he originally was from is unknown. He lived there for several years, until it started to become dangerous, due to the mayor being an idiot and challenging liches. He left only days before the city's destruction, only because he felt the town was going down, anyway. Even without knowing what'd happen. He went from area to area over the next 100+ years, simply doing his job, and starting a family during this time. The only reason he lives so long is because he invented a potion that can de-age a person several years, in 5 year increments. Any time he started getting too old, he drank one. He eventually settled in one town, and remains there.

Knowing that pain that would follow, would they still want to meet that person and fall in love? What if they knew their lover would not die, but instead would betray them? [In love, is intensity or permanence more important to them? How much do they expect from someone who loves them? What would make them feel betrayed by their mate - indifference? Dishonesty?
