Six weird things about me!

1: I use a lot of English/British spellings but I live in Seattle. It started with "sabre" instead of "saber" in sixth grade and... I don't know, got worse from there. They just look more accurate to me for whatever reason.

2: I have CSP - Compulsive Skin Picking. It's a body dismorphic disorder like anorexia, basically if I don't peel the skin off my fingers, it feels like I am wearing thick leather gloves and can't move. It's very weird and I'd like to stop but I'm not as bad off as some people... I only pick my fingers, mouth, and the soles of my feet, and occasionally my face or back, while most people seem to also do their arms or legs, which just sounds painful. I also have some mild synesthetic experiences, I attribute personalities and colours to numbers, and colours to certain experiences. For instance, I dislike orange because orange is the colour of waking up and going to school.

3: In sixth grade I was exposed to Megaman X through my brother. I became inexplicably obsessed over it (Zero is my fake video game boyfriend) and started drawing this terrible fancomic and hiding it behind my bed. One of my brother's friends told me that there was a female Megaman character called D3 so I made up an appearence/personality for her and threw her into my comics. To this day I have no idea where he got the name, but I still use D3 as one of my fancharacters.

4: I'm almost twenty one and I've never had a boyfriend. :(

5: I have a kitty, her name is Yuki because I named her in high school and she is a white kitty. She's the daughter of my brother's cat, so I've raised her since a kitten. :) She's very tolerent and nice, and I taught her to give kisses on command, walk on a leash, and take baths without too much protesting. Last year we dyed her pink with Kool-Aid by putting two or three unsweetened packets in her conditioner and leaving it in for a while. :) When that wore off, we dyed her turquoise, but now she is almost back to being white again.

6: I just noticed I'd only done five. HUR HUR HUR. Um. Since it's what I'm thinking about right now, I'm really into cosplay/LARP. I've never actually gotten to try LARP but I always play my character when I'm in costume and I love the acting aspect of roleplaying of any sort. :) I started out in an old BeSeen chatroom called "Steve's DBZ Chat" that we basically took over and used as a Rockman X RPG, and now that the BeSeen chats are long gone, I'm at a bit of a loss as to where people roleplay online. :(
