OK, I have to laugh at the idea of St. Valentine's Day. Here's why:
The Wikipedia entry for the holiday states that the main significance for the event is for lovers to express their heartfelt love to each other. I mean, come on...Do we really need a holiday for that? A weekend would suffice, if you ask me, but NO, they've got to market the heck out of it and make it a big friggin' deal.
Now don't get me wrong: I have nothing against people who celebrate the holiday. If you do, I have no problem with that. Go ahead, gush your hearts out, I don't mind. All I'm saying is, come Wednesday morning, you won't be hearing any words of love and happiness out of me, because I'll be getting up two hours early for a PSY exam.
Who the hell to you take me for?!!

If you want my opinion, these days the holiday is just an excuse for people to demand gifts from each other...it's like some kind of sneaky loyalty test.
