Buena Vista Social Club ft. Coldplay - "Clocks"

So I got two really great pieces of news today! The first is really, really, really good, in fact. :3 My piece \"One Girl in All the World\" got me nominated for the Future Art Magazine Master Awards 2006, for fractal art! So I went around all morning telling everybody that and generally being annoying about it. I think what might have happened is one of my watchers did it, because I posted in my dA journal about it and asked for them to nominate deserving fractal artists 'cause I couldn't think of any more. So it's kind of like

BUT, as if that wasn't exciting enough . . . I went to go tell someone involved with my scholarship (everybody talks to her . . . she's like, the best person evar), and she bought two of my prints! So now I've sold some prints too!

Of course, I tried to upload some piece to deviantArt yesterday and man . . . six hours sitting in front of my computer clicking "refresh." So I made a protest piece about it. It's not going to get much attention, but you know what? I do not care. It made me feel better.



So I'm really really happy, but really really tired too. Zzzz. I'm going to go to sleep for a while.
