Okay so I found my flash 8.
I have a movie clip I keep trying to make it blurr but flash freezes and the error report thing comes up and flash closes.

Glow and everything else works, but blur wont wtf? HELP

Probably some issue with Flash 8. Try redownloading the installer and reinstalling. If you still have the problem, its probably your system thats the problem, and I cant help you there.
