Well...I am talking about this one book, Casual Rex by Eric Garcia.

A velociraptor PI Vincent, and his T-Rex friend Ernie, in human guises running head-and-tail long into a cult of the Progress, whose target is to bring back the instinct and ability of their Ancestors, the Dinosaurs, to BE as they were hundred million years ago, to bring back what has lost in the current human-guised dinosaurs culture.
