Just to clarify your
idiotic assumption, I understand the fact that you have a need to pester others about
their art and that they did not draw a piece, which infact they whole-heartedly did, and spent almost
a week on. It's ok, it's something I have wittnessed and experienced before because other "artists" don't know how to get their facts in line and make sure they have all the proof for such an accusation.
First of all,
I don't even own photoshop. It's called
Open Canvas ver 1.1, which
does not allow me to steal line art.
Secondly, why in hell would I even want to steal line art when I can perfectly draw my own pictures with ease?
I think someone has a guilty conscience.

Just read the conversation of sorts between you and the one who made the accusation, if the pose is similar yet you already credited it the originator i fail to see how its such a problem.
Where is this original that you supposedly traced anyway?

i have had those accusations made against me as well. its very unfortunate that some people have that low self esteem that they think it right to accuse other persons that they are wrong or that they copied someone else's personal thoughts/ideas in art. if there is anything i can do to help, sont hesitate to ask.
and plus, you have a specific art style and anyone who knows that would know that you do not copy or steal other people's artwork.

the pose looks similar, yes.
but you credited the original artist.
the rest is not similar at all (i actually like your lineart more, the arm looks better and it had a nice elbow 8D).
also, they clearly never traced, or saw anything traced in photoshop before, they have no right ot accuse you of somethigfn they don't know anything about. :/
itdoesn't amtter, the mods won't do anyhting about it buecase you did draw the picture
(or if they do, i guessi can't draw standing people anymore ; _; ).

I'm not usually one to comment on such things, but in my opinion the pose is very similar (as you credited, correctly and politely) but there are some very different things between the two pictures, I mean, if by their accusation you simply de-coloured and re-coloured it then somehow the pose has changed between that time, I mean you look at her main body, in your picture it's slightly longer, and the face is completely different as well as your pic's ears are flat at the end whereas the original's are quite obviously curved...then again some people don't listen because they throw around words like plagiarism when they don't even know how to spell them, but in all honesty I think that the picture is yours and that you drew it, also as a final point, I do lineart by hand and there is in an incredible difference between by Photoshop and hand drawn lineart.
Anyways, good work on the picture, don't listen to those people who throw around the finger of authority and accuse people before listening to what they have to say
I hate this sort of thing too, because really it's not needed, well have a good day
