Starweaver: The smell of a hospital.

Starweaver: The smell of a hospital.

I've never come to adjust my nose to the tingling smell of a hospital, and I'm not sure I ever want to.

My friend, Chris Chang-Fong, was hit by a car on saturday, so friends have been visiting him at Sick Kids hospital near the university campus downtown.
I feel bad because I thought he was the most annoying person I could have ever met. He's so destructive (he broke TWO silver spoons of mine plus my silver hello kitty chop sticks, every water bottle I've brought to school, 5 pencils, written on my arms, colored my face, spilled paint on my work, spilled water on my work, spilled water on ME, gotten mud on me ect.) but now I feel a sense of remourse and guilt for these feelings, though I still think of him as a friend... so those feelings are disregarded.

My friends called me and told me his left lung has collapsed, he has internal bleeding, a broken ankle and a bruised kidney. I got so mad at him... because it was generally his fault for getting hit. He j-walked without looking! Such a silly boy.
I can't believe he was so ignorant, though he's not the brightest crayon in the box.
His band members have been gloating around without anything to do, but I'm sure he'll come back soon. I can't be sure of my thoughts, he is afterall in intensive care.
He said he can't sleep because of the beeping from the heart monitor, I thought that was funny. He always makes me laugh. He's not exactly a serious person.
Even in pain he can manage a chuckle.

So I'm dedicating this journal entry to a close friend whom can hardly talk at the moment.
