My professor in my critical thinking class cried yesterday. Apparently there are some people in my class who don't want to do any work and yet pass the class. Some people didn't understand that the word "logos" means Universal truth and logic, the opposite of Mythos (thank you Shizu). Some people thought that it meant we were going to be looking at something like the Nike logo or something. Also many people didn't understand the test, which I dont see why since its only four questions.

It was sad and today in class I talked to her about yesterday and she asked me for my opinion on the class and I told her that I liked it because I learned about how everything in art, even todays art relates back to the ancient Greeks. She had me tell the Art and Mass media class today what happened, and I told her that it was sad. She asked me why I said that and I told her that I hate seeing my teachers sad, (especially when I really like my teachers.) She smiled at me and said thank you, which made me feel good.

Today in Politics and Film we watched Dr. Strangelove, I think its a strange movie and obviously Stanely Kubrick had a very strange fixation on Sex. A lot of people liked the movie, I personally did not, I thought there was some good points, and there were some humorous stuff, but overall I just thought it was strange, and kind of disturbing.

I don't know I guess I'm just not into movies like that, I mean it was interesting in a sense, but there was just too much that went on that didn't really make any sense to me.
