He everyone. Yes you. Over there. The one reading this journal. Let's go out and totally flame any cartoon couples we don't like.

Tsk tsk, some people, really. Some people are just pure dipshits I tell you. Flaming fan pairings. Yes yes, this is a touchy subject, but I kinda wanna get it off my chest. Mostly cuz I saw a statement about someone's burning fury towards a couple they dislike. No names or pairings, of course, and they weren't flaming the person when saying it either.

So anyways, yeah. There are a lot of couples I hate out there. Hell, a lot of us hate a lot of couples. Doesn't mean we should bitch about how much we hate them. Look at it this way, using the everpopular Sonic x Amy pairing as an example:

Person A likes Sonamy
Person B hates it
Person B bitches about how much pairing sucks
Person A takes it personally and verbally attacks person B
*BAM* You got a flame war brewing. Now I'm not saying you don't have the freedom of speech. But if you hate a couple, why the fuck would you waste your time, going on and on about how much you hate them, when you could be looking up stuff for a couple you actually support?

I, for example, hate pairings where people pair fan characters with official ones. For ANYTHING. However, I'm not gonna go complain to them, since they obviously like it themselves. Why ruin their fun? More power to em I say.

So, ignore the couples you hate. Shut the fuck up about dissing them. Look at couples you like.

It's that easy.

And for the record, I'm in a good mood. Just felt like letting that out. :3

it's just like politics or religion.....we all like one or the other and try to live with it with each other, then there has to be a jerk or two to make it all personal and then we have a war in our hands

I don't see how such a thing could even be a big deal with people, I mean... they're only cartoons for f00k's sake, it's not like they have a will of their own. Personally, to me it doesn't matter who pairs up with who, as long as they are the opposite sex and stuff.

I mean, there's a fair few couples I don't like... but I'm not gonna go around bashing them just because of that. Most the people that do that are just being immature jerks.
