Angels - Within Temptation

Wow, been a while. Quick run through: back from college since June, been working on stuff here and there. Did a couple concept sketches, a few complete drawings, and kicked a caffeine addiction. Webcomic concept is evolving little by little, the writing process still going on until I'm sure of what I want to draw and figure out some finalized character designs.

Other news, went to Otakon 2006, had a blast. Got to meet Mookie, the artist/writer of Dominic Deegan. Needless to say, he was as awesome in person as I thought he would be. Got his book and got it signed, so was on a nice rush from that until I got dragged to a panel for the mangaka of Yellow by my two other party members. Why girls like yaoi manga is beyond me, I just learned not to nod my head randomly after fazing out for half the conversation about our game plan. Also, nothing says AMV Contest like Fullmetal Alchemist's Major Louis Armstrong to "Now You're a Man" by DVDA. The Sunday Afternoon parodies also were a nice laugh for ending a convention on.

I may or may not be posting more of my summer work due to my belief in it sucking. Sometimes, I hate seeing only the flaws in my work.

BTW: saw a guy cosplaying Pantsman at Otakon. He was awesome...we talked about Half-Life 2 and the uses of the Gravity Gun.
