*does some sweeping* Think the place is getting somewhat clean now..

Ahem, anyways, hello everyone. How'd ya like my little review? Kinda sucked? It was okay? Anyways, that was the game in basic terms. I feel like doing another review. Why? Might as well add something to the site.

Let's see..which one...
Hmm, why not "Pokemon: Fire Red and Leaf Green versions"

First off, yes I still like these games. Why? They're fun. The idea of raising some little creature, then it chnaging into this ferocious monster of massive proportions and using them to fight other creatures, it's just fun. Plus, I like games that take awhile to get through.

Anyways, let's start off with the story. Let's see, no different from the Red and Blue versions for the Game Boy Color. You start off by going to the Porfessor's Lab, because he wanted to see you. Now if this is your first time playing Pokemon, you would probably check everywhere you could then leave the outskirts of town last. Well, when you do, Oak stops you in time, warning you that wild pokemon live in tall grass. (Question is, where the hell has he been?) Anyhow, he takes you back to the lab, where your rival is waiting for his grandfather, Oak. The professor tells you to choose one of the Pokemon on the table: Charmander the fire Pokemon (my personal favorite), Squirtle the water Pokemon, and Bulbasaur the grass/poison pokemon. Depending on who you choose, your rival will choose the weakness of your pokemon. How typical. Anyways, as your about to leave, your rival challenges you to your first battle. Afterwards, you leave your hometown and head to the next city. There at the Mart, the guy there gives you a parcel for Oak. You head back and give the parcel to him. Your rival arrives and asks why was he called. Oak in turn gives both of you a Pokedex, and asks you to collect data on every Pokemon. (Gotta catch 'em all, as the song goes...) And then you truly start your adventure.

Now, how does the game play and what has changed:
The gameplay is the same, nothing has changed, then again, why change it? (If it ain't broke, why fix it?) Now, as for what is new, there are these 3 islands that Bill takes you to. I won't detail on it any further then that.
Plus, all the new moves, they are in this game as well. That's a plus in my book.
It sticks with the original 150 Pokemon from the original version (the best ones, my opinion) Another plus. I have to say, it's quite fun to play. I started over, mainly cause the team I had when I got to the Indigo Plateu wasn't exactly that good. (It was Venusaur, Fearow, Primeape, Dragonite, Kingler, and Flareon. Only three of those were acutually good, in my opinion.)

Anyhow, it looks nice, and it plays nice.

Now, for the score...
Hmmm...
I give "Pokemon Fire Red and Leaf Green version" an above average 8 out of 10.

That will be all.
