I implore you, fellow watchers. Join in the effort to stop the Masterpiece abuse.

I've noticed lately that it's all become a huge popularity contest. That's all. I see stuff that doesn't -deserve- Masterpiece rank. And then I see the neglected artists who are truly deserving for their hard word and dedication.

I'm sick and tired of someone pasting, say, a picture of Naruto on their gallery, and suddenly, BAM, that becomes a masterpiece for no reason. What's up with that? That's not a masterpiece, that's just fanart that someone drew. But it barrels past the good stuff anyway.

Who wants to see something -original- and -really artistic- that someone did? We don't like -that-. We like -Naruto-san-. because, uh... we just do! *MASTERPIECE'D*

Ahem.

Please enlist in the effort to put a stop to the abuse.
