Verona: Windows XP Error!

HELP! I have to install my friend's computer. But I have a problem! I cannot install XP on he's computer! I tried anything, even FORMAT C: but it gives a error too. When I want to format my pc or use the Windows XP cd, I get this error: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. STOP: 0x0000000A, 0x45FE0080, 0x00000002, 0x00000001, 0x8018E99B. I hope somebody can help me!

Gah... that sucks, O_o It might something wrong with the hardrive or hardware.
I dunno its a possibility.

Yep he's got a bad cluster on his main boot sector. I've seen that many times before. In other words he's going to have to buy a new Hard Drive before all of his data is 100% lost. It's just a matter of time.
