Ice Cap Zone - Sonic 3

3 months ago, I was able to use the compatibility settings. I know it didn't work for W2 and WA, but I was able to play Sonic R again configuring the settings. I tried to do the same with the Sonic & Knuckles Collection, unfortunately it wouldn't load. 3 months later (last night to be exact), I tried again, and guess what? It finally loaded. Now I'm able to play Sonic 3, Sonic & Knuckles and Sonic 3 & Knuckles.

I've played S3&K last night for the first time since god knows what, and went through the whole game in one night (yes, that's right). Gone as Sonic (with Tails), and managed to clock up an impressive score. I managed to get over a million points, but unable to show it to you, because it came out as a blank screen in paint.

But still it was an impressive score.

I know I said I've gone through S3&K to get this amazing score, well in order to get that kind of score, you'd need to go through the whole game without exiting. If you exit whilst in the middle of the game, the game itself will only save the current zone you're at, number of emeralds, lives and continues, but never the score. Keep that in mind. The same goes for Sonic 3, but it only saves the current zone and number of Chaos Emeralds, if you exit whilst in the middle of a game, of course.

Well, it seems that I said plenty, so I guess I'll stop it there then.
