Kinda weird seeing this, but since Thanksgiving is on the horizon, I've been seeing houses and stores everywhere preparing for Christmas a bit early this year. I'm guessing since the holiday mostly celebrating gluttony is becoming not as important as it was in the past is slowly becoming as ignored as President Lincoln and Washington's Birthday.
Or possibly the US is ignoring it this year becase we have enough gluttons waddling around or something.....I simply refuse to touch any casserole or veggies >.>

You're completely right Thanksgiving and Halloween are being ignored, but not because of gluttony, but because of the over-driven want of merchandise sales to commercialize the population and get them to think that showing you care and love someone is to buy them really expensive gifts. So the only people that need to be blammed for taking out the other holidays is the companies of America.
