How is it that one of the only funny forum goers gets banned?

How did sheezyforums reach the painfully unfunny state that they are currently in?

Fungus was vulgar, but not bannable, he didn't openly attack new sheezy members in the forum the way some current active members make it their job to. (unfunnily i might add)
