- scarling. - Hello London
Hope everyone had a nice Halloween. I went to see Doom (boo) and ate at this Irish pub in Downtown Disney and admired all the little trick-or-treaters. So that's where everyone goes!
I am slowly but surely writing out Bitter Sugar. I have some sketches but they're not cleaned up. Wondering if I should submit them or not.
I have a research paper due tomorrow on UFO's (Astronomy class). Then an exam the next day. Then more quizzes and assignments. How do people handle more than 4 college classes + a full time job?
Things I've learned about college Universities:
- It's not about how much time you put into studying the "right way," it's how you use your resources to make the grade. (Sad but true.)
- Roughly half of the class will cheat. There are groups people form where they all sign up for the same class but only one person attends. If they're in some club/soririty/fraternity, they will most likely have notes from students who've had that class before and/or cheat sheets. Case in point: In this really hard Art History 2 class, this guy in front of me had a laptop with all the required paintings and notes... that the teacher didn't even talk about yet!
- When your teacher says the class will be hard and more than half the class will fail, drop it! If it's required, check to see if someone else teaches it. This tip will save yourself some time and money.
