People that can't take a shot. Ofcourse, I am not talking about the literal deal because, quite frankly, I wouldn't be fair. No. I'm talking about people who cling to their ideas so vigourously and blindly that they DENY to reflect at all.
Take for example the bickering between people that like western animation and other people that like japanese animation. The people on both slander eachother for the other being boring, annoying, low class. But as soon as anyone puts out a word of discontent they can't seem to handle any critique in return.

, because yes. Even though she has a heartily dislike for anime (or it's following flock, pick one) she can take anything that's dished out at her. And I respect that.
(She is also incredibly talented and funny to boot, you should educate yourself and visit her gallery)
Basicly.
Don't point fingers if you can't handle it yourself.

i don't mind the styles. Besides, the one that make me laught is when people claims that you have to draw anime to be popular and get nicknames with "-chan" to people visit you.
I draw as anime, my nick name is Edge - chan (in deviantart) and i'm not popular

man. word. people who can't take ANY kind of knocks really get my goat. like they feel free to dispense them, but the minute you toss one back they burst into tears (maybe) and call admins/post how mean you are in their journal/etc etc.
people should not start what they can't take.

Yes. Quality over style, all the way. It doesn't matter what other people draw!! Even if someone doesn't personally like it, they shouldn't go flaming about it!!
Anyway, what you're saying is so true. I like both styles! Each one has their own unique flavor!

It's irritating me too. I'm more then willing to stand up for my art style, but I'm not going to sit there and complain about how much the other ones sucks. I appreciate all art styles because they're art. Why can't we all just get along?

I think everyone should accept others for they accept. It's like, why wpuld someone even bother talking about something they don't like or care about? Obviously if they tell each other that the stuff the other person likes is useless then they are fishing for other things..Peopel are so immature and is sickening to see it all the time..I agree 100% with you all teh way
