Dance Dance Revolution 2nd Mix Megamix

It's been waaaay too long since I posted here! I haven't been that prolific, I guess. But I have done a few quick, half-finished sketches of Zell (FFVIII), Link (Legend of Zelda), and an attempt at one of myself (). I really want to draw Vash (Trigun)! I'm actually almost finished colouring my drawing of Tifa (FFVII (duh)), though, which I'm quite happy about. It stayed as a line art for a very long time, because I had issued colouring the legs. This is only my fourth completed drawing, and my third coloured picture, so I'm still learning. A lot. But yeah! I'll get it posted when I'm done. The sad thing is, I no longer have access to a scanner while I'm away at college, so I'm going to have to wait for things like Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter to post stuff.

Next topic: college! It pretty much rocks. I highly reccommend dorm life. I love it. The workload is a lot more than I'm used to, and, unlike high school, I actually have to do it. But the people are fantastic, I'm loving my classes, and it's seriously soooo good to be away from home. Everything is really falling into place perfectly here. I couldn't ask for much more.

Life in general? Let's see. I'm practicing every second day for the big national Dance Dance Revolution conference coming up in December, which I'm totally excited about, but also a bit nervous. I really need to finish the graphics for team shirts for my little squad. I just got Photoshop Elements on my laptop up here, so I can do some work on that again. I'm currently working on a cosplay costume for this coming May! I'm going as Tifa, and I have a really good start on my costume already, so I'm pretty stoked for that. The gloves are going to be the hardest part. O_o A few friends and I are going in a little group, all as Final Fantasy characters, which is going to TOTALLY ROCK! I'm so excited about it! Speaking of Final Fantasy, I really miss it. I left all my video games except for DDR at home, because no one would ever see me on campus if I had RPG games with me. >_>

So yeah! Life is pretty sweet right now. I feel soooo incredibly blessed that everything is falling into place for me, and I'm having the time of my life.
