This is a
general cost outline for commission. A guideline, outline, a brief on how the costing 'might' be. Depending on your requirements of your particular request, the cost may vary. Please contact me with any specific details, description etc for your character and I will respond as soon as possible with an accurate quote. If you have an illustration in mind and it doesn't fit well in these categories, just email me or note me about it and we'll discuss.
Ratings I can draw:
• Shounen ai
• shoujo ai
• veryvery MILD hentai
• modest nudity
You won't get anything from me if you ask for hardcore Yaoi, Yuri, Hentai and extreme nudity because I'll be laughing all over the desk thinking of the sketch and not doing the work. Serious! Even my friends say that I'm a sorry case.
What I am willing to draw:
• Fan characters
• YOUR original character
Please refrain from asking me to do fanarts from an online manga/famous manga, game and anime that does not belong to you. If you insist, please ask the original creator of the manga about it, then email me the approval note with his/her email so that I can reconfirm on that.
I'm not giving out my own characters yet, as the manga that they will be in isn't formed yet.
Please remember that the characters will be drawn mostly in my style and slightly with the series style.

For Original and Fan Characters
• Backgrounds, animals, monsters, unique items etc
No 1: Image/BG requested, check level of difficulty
Note: Drawing a whole DETAILED army behind the character is going to be hell for me and your wallet so think about it.
No 2: Drawing style (sketchy/definite, anime/manga/realism)
Note: Realism requires a lot of research, so the price will be on a higher note. I don't trace research, I sketch a rough idea of position based on them before adding details.
Warning: Realism isn't my forte... Ask for this style at your own risk!
No 3: b+w/digi painting price for this varies on details/style
Note: Normal colouring and amazingly unusual flamboyant colouring have different pricing all together.
• Poses
The prices above are for basic portraits with a simple pose (of MY choice). If you want a slightly different specific pose (fighting, casting spell, sexy/flirting etc), the price will rise.
If you would like your character doing something (fighting enemies, swimming and such), it is considered an illustration. The angles for this piece are more/less different to a portrait. Please ignore the prices above and email me or note me for a quote.
• Traditional media
Process of making:
No 1: Discuss about the overall image and the price.
No 2: Research and sketching. <----- media and style confirmation
No 3: Colouring
Colour pencil and watercolour-based offered. But please be aware that the prices will be considerably higher, and the picture will likely take a lot longer.
Prices in this media depend on how much time it takes (details and all). Colour pencils is my strongest medium, if you want to know.
If you'd like it done on a high quality art paper or any specific paper material, I will have to insert its price. Please don't forget to insert the paper size as the price for it varies.
If I find there is any defects on the piece, I'll lower the price.
But you will get the original piece. I will be keeping the scamps and a photo of the final outcome for my portfolio.
Shipping and handling bill will be at your costs, not mine. I'll wrap the work very carefully (hey I made it, can't let it go to waste) with 2 hard cardboard and a sealed plastic bag (for paper material and digital print).
But whether it reached to you or not, it is at your risk. I'm sorry but I can't produce the exact copy. If you want me to remake, you'll have to pay again. At this point, what goes around the post office and the transport are not within my control. Unless you suggest a trustworthy and fast postal order and don't forget, the bill is on you.
For digital print, you just need to pay the cost of printing and paper AND the shipping only.
Rest assured, I'll be using a special service that requires your signature when it reaches you. So preferably, please leave your real name and address (and whatever information I need to give to the man behind the post office counter) when you note me the commission.
Note for all Commissions: please email me/note me for the details and the EXACT quotation. (price negotiable)
Note for original purchasing: please email me for the shipping + handling and the exact billing for that. (price NOT negotiable)
Additional Note: I too have ready-made artworks (points at gallery). If you want a reproduced version of it, please email me or note me about it. The price of owning it is different than commissions (not including the original).
Commission Process
No 1: You must know what you really want to be commissioned. If you did the entire research for me, it saves your time, my time and your money.
No 2: Check the price list to estimate the price (more or less).
No 3: Email me, note me with the title "Commission", and we'll brew up a storm about what exactly you want and the exact price. (it will take a while to come up with the exact price if you are asking for a specific paper material for traditional media as the artshop is... 2 cabs away/bus-lrt-walk and back, unless you are lucky... a good friend wouldn't mind getting it for me)
No 4: Pay 50% the actual price as a deposit.
No 5: Time by time, I will note you about how the commission is coming along to make sure that when you want some adjustments, it will be possible.
No 6: I will give send you a copy of the finished work (not at its best format) to tell you it is completed. This is the call for you to pay the remaining fees AND the shipping fees.
No 7: Item will be sent to you.
Note
• All pictures sold (except traditional media) are reproduction of the original. Unless I state otherwise or you beg for the original, the price for the original is different than a reproduced.
• Please note that I am allowed to scan the traditional media works (carefully) and reproduce them as digital prints.
• Available original pictures can/may be outbid.
• I have the right to reproduce any images under my name because it is my artwork. If you would like to buy the copyrights of the character (that is based on your description/idea) you will have to pay double and I will only display it. You may do as you wish with your artwork but please do not attempt to erase my signature and copyright of the artwork.
• Eventhough you may own that original piece... I am allowed to reuse the similar pose and settings that I drew for any of you and for myself.
Let me know if you WANT me to draw something for you, and I'll get started on it. If you have any more requests while I am working on a previous commission, you can send them in, so you can save on shipping.
I currently could accept the following kinds of payment:
• PayPal
• Bank Draft
• Cheque
Please email me about it. But normally when I email you the quotation, I'll insert the banks that exist in KL. Please send the bank draft through the bank that KL has.
And please allow me to clear the draft AND the cheque first. THEN I will start on the project.
Disclaimers & Copyrights
Please note that commissioned artworks are copyrighted to me (and written copyrights to ORIGINAL CREATORS) since I'm the one who made them and therefore I have the right to display commissioned pieces on my site and reproduce them.
