We should hold contests and the winner can get a prize like a flash or a picture done for them or something like that.

I think a good contest would be maybe designing a club mascott. Lets see.. As for rewards... picking a topic for the next contest or what eternal darkness7 said.

Yes, I agree, I think the first contest should definitely be to design a mascot and/or avatar. Perhaps the mascot would be featured on the avatar? And then after that we can have themed ones, though I agree with Virangelus in that the themes should probably last more than one month. Then it would be easier for everyone to enter.
