Yesh. I think there should be a big rule though. I think they need to already have a wolf/dog character designed or if they get voted in...they need to have a character made and uploaded within a 2 week time frame. It'll help keep people who just 'want to join' from joining...I hope. lol.

yeah, we do need to make sure people arent joining just for the sake of it. but i'm always getting pm's from wolf-artist, they seem pretty keen on joining.
