If you don't get it, what I mean is that do you draw your Neopet with long pretty hair, or wearing some frilly clothes? (And no. I'm not talking about the Royal Neoepts.) I forgot to mention that no matter if you want to dress your Neopets this skimpy like my Rikkuhana (who has a simular appearnce to FFX-2's Rikku.), just be caurefull if you want to submit it to competative places like the Beauty Contest. They won't accept works like that. XP So thats why I prefer drawing my custom-designed Neos in kid-friendly clothes. :P (And thats why Vee's skirt is a bit to long.) Ciao!
