Rrrh, I have everything I'm supposed to. I'm POSITIVE. I've never married anyone on the girl version, though, because I got the game a while back and stopped playing it every so often. I have everything bought from the Shopping Network, Cliff's heart is red, and I show the blue feather to him. He's like-- 'I'm glad to know you like me but... D:' and I'm like-- 'WTF?' Well, If you've done everything you need to, I think you gotta give him a few more gifties. o_o If not, I have no idea. Harvest Moon games for GBA usually have a lot of glitches...

i know what the problem is!! i had this same problem too!! you need to get all of his heart scenes, which i thought i had at one point, but it turned out that you need to go to the vine yards celler one night and cliff will be there with duke and mana. they'll go and ask you to comfort him because he is sad....so you go down there and be nice to him and then like the day after you go ask him and he will actually say to go to your house and he will say yes to you.....it made me happy to finally find that out and marry him, but then he does kinda suck as a husband....because he doesn't come home until 9:00 at night....i followed him so i know....he worked then went to the church....but finally my character was going to have a baby and soon..and everybody liked me.....but then my stupid brother deleted my precious precious data.....T-T
