Ok lately I have been call a theif by three younger members of SA. I am 20 and hate theives and they are around the age of 16. I had a nice chat with them. I want to know is it posable to have the same idea for a picture and not know what the other is doing? If the picture only has two items that are the same [when the character is totally diffrent] is that stealing a idea someone did? Should you try to tell them sorry for them thinking you stole a idea that you did not? Also what do you think when someone you don't know that well says "Your Mother"? Do you think it is rude? Or just a complament made by people today? Well last but not least do you consider me a theif?

I don't think having two things the same is thievery. It would depend on the picture and if you drew it or not. And if you had the same idea as the person, did you get inspired from them? If so, then you should be giving them some credit.
I don't quite understand the "Your mother" part, but I'm pretty sure it'd be them just trying to be rude.
No one can consider you a thief unless you've taken something from someone else, and there would be proof of it. But from what I see, you draw your own work, which makes you not a thief if that makes any sense. haha.

Well thank you. Well I have my idea of what most people think now. They are just some kids that don't know what theives are and they just want to cause trouble. Yah I do drawmy own work. And if I do get inspired I do credit the people in some way or another. Thing is they did not beleave me that I did not get inspired by her picture. But I did not. Sadly some people just don't understand it. Thank you!

No prob. I think they just wanted to cause trouble. :) If it's your work, then you aren't a thief. And that's that. =D
