He began showing signs of his mutation at age 12 when his eyes turned from a regular blue to pure yellow with no sign of pupils. Rage himself felt abandoned by his father who was never around and clung mainly to Jane Jensen a CIA operative and friend/lover of his fathers. Jane helped train Damien in many forms of martial arts and other hand-to-hand combat forms to help get him through his years.Jane and others trained him in Tae-kwon-do, Kempo, Aikido, Judo, Capoeira, Kick-boxing and numerous other forms of fighting arts. These studies made Damien far calmer then what he had been before. After a rather heated verbal exchange between Damien and his father, Damien stormed out determined to make it on his own and show up his father. After that Damien struck out and formed a small group of hoods (Sight, Ace, Cain, Dwarf & Vermin) to try and make some serious money. This however fell apart when Ace turned Rage in and caused friction between the group.During his time in prison Damien took the time to earn 2 associates degrees, one in Psychology and one in business. Returning home to find his father in the arms of a woman younger then himself, Damien found himself somewhat creeped out by this and went to find Jane. He found Jane in Colorado where she'd recently retired from the CIA. She told him about the relationship that had sprung up between Kayo and his father and that they had split up a little while ago. It was at this time that Rage decided to offer out his services as a freelance assassin. This turned out to be a very lucrative business for him finding himself in many small but eventful relationships and afforded him the money to buy his own home in a small rocky mountain town. Damien has since found out about his younger siblings and has taken his half-sister Cali under his wing teaching her how to defend herself and how to keep her animalistic side at bay until she needs it to come out. Damien has also been a factor in the life of his little brother Riley whom he has a serious affection for. Interesting moral compass he's got there- lies whenever he wants but always keeps his word... I... don't see how that works. The problem with folks with healing factors is that they know they won't get cancer and don't give a damn about second-hand smoke!
