Her shifts are triggered mentally, occur quite quickly, and are capable of taking her into three forms: her normal human form, that of a big cat, and a large, highly dangerous feral hybrid between the two. Due to her feline Feral mutation, Minx has advanced senses and agility, as well as a set of retractable claws and sharp feline-esque teeth, both of which are strong enough to splice through substances as hard as bone. Minx also has the ability to project a strong psychic link between herself and other felines and individuals of Feral nature. Within this link, she can physically and mentally control her host's body as if it were her own. Such a link to another living being proves harmless to both involved, as the mental host's own consciousness lies dormant until Minx chooses to break her psychic link. [b]Eyesight:[/b] Above agerage. [b]Education: [/b]While having received as much schooling as her tiny village could afford her, Minx never received a proper book-learned education in her rural, rather rustic former living situation, and is behind in her studies, at current, as a result. Making her educating all the more difficult is her newfound language barrier in Canada. While she has picked up the English language fairly well by ear, reading and writing it has proved considerabley less easy. She is currently receiving private learning-intensive tutoring, of which she, in all honesty, is not terribley fond of in the least. He newfound education deficit and subsequent learning curve, and the demand it placed upon her to %catch up, are both very frustrating and discouraging to her. Distinguishing Features: Feral attributes such as sharp canine teeth, black claws on her hands and feet, and pointed ears. Her stark blue eyes are like those of a cat, with slit pupils, and her hair is naturally black with blonde bangs. [b]Means of Travel:[/b] Minx is rather petrified of driving as a whole, and as such, is far more likely to bum rides off of family or friends. [b]Clothing:[/b] Minx has an afinity for gothic attire, to some degree, black, fishnets, boots, leather cuffs, but not to a garish extent, by any means. Her love for the style is tempered by an equal affinity for color, and a rather unrelenting love for current trends and styles. All of these things mingle into a look that is rather uniquely her. [b]Weaponry: [/b]Thus far in her training, Minx is skilled with tactile weapons such as blades and swords, but is clumsy and all but useless with guns and automatic weaponry. She has a very poor aim. Her weapon of choice is a hand-weilded, double-edged scithe, which is seperatable into two individual curved blades. Minx is most skilled and at greatest confidence in all-out feral tooth and claw fighting. In any case, however, at her age and inexperience, she has a tendency to get into situations that are way over her head, regardless of what weapon she has at hand to use. [b]Literature: [/b]Minx's reading material is pretty much limited to what is stuck in front of her amidst her studies. Reading in English does not yet come easy to her in the least, and as such, she takes no pleasure in doing so for recreation's sake whatsoever. [b]Expressions/expletives:[/b] While never one for often-used one-liners, Minx is every bit of an outspoken, veracios young woman who will tell you precisely what she thinks, whether appropriate, guaranteed to get her into trouble, or not. [b]Physical expressions:[/b] Very calculated and slinky in her movements for the most part, Minx is expressive to the greatest degree when angered, frustrated or excited. Wild, sneaky facial expressions and kinetic energy of movement, in which case, are never too far behind. On a more tapered, casual air, she's more likely to epitomize a feline devil-may-care calm. To a certain degree, Minx is genuinely terrified of her father, angry with him, and frustrated over why in the world she cares for the bastard as much as she does, even though he's never there never has been and probably never will be. It all honesty, her greatest priorities as of late seem to have culminated in doing what she wants - whatever she wants, unhindered, out of both rebellion and a sharp desire for independence, despite her well-aware-of knowledge that she needs what support she does have far more then most. This is no doubt a good thing, as if she had such free time on her hands otherwise, she would no doubt get herself into even more tumultuous trouble then she already does at current. Amidst what free time she does have, Minx is a typical, albeit troubled teenager. It's a new found ability to be able to have things she wants wherever and whenever, as Victor Creed's pockts run remarkably deep.... and she sees little reason not to milk the fact. Whether or not such leaniancy on Sabretooth's is out of any meager feelings of guilt, or simply to keep her out of his hair, is unclear. There, he was annexed from any possible exposure, it's people ancient in it's customs and refusal to embrace the modern world. Hired to collect government information, he was to spend literal months infiltrating his target... and inevitabley assassinating it's source once he had everything he needed. The mission is a success %u2013 flawless, if a little messy. It's his temporary residency in the village that would create a far greater resinence. He took a rather unhealthy interest in a young woman there. Whether that interest was ever genuinely recprocated is unknown, but Victor Creed had her anyways. As soon as the mission was complete, he left, no further interest the woman, and no regrets - and never resumed contact once he was gone. The young woman, Min, found out months later that she was pregnant. Her first child, a daughter Cali, was born. The infant was clearly a mutant, no one was able to doubt that it was the beastly stranger who fathered her. Cali was raised as a part of them, the collective familial whole of that small village - regardless. Min eventually married, and had a second child, a son, Ha-Nuel. Cali and her younger brother were incredibly close. Although embraced by those around her, a certain wariness and mistrust of the clearly animalistic child was never truly spared by the villagers... a fear that was realized in it's relevancy to a shocking degree nearly ten years down the line. Cali's identity as a Feral, the instincts, the heightened senses, and, most destructively, her pension for the Blood Rage, struck her fully in it's breed of mutation, for the first time, at the age of eleven. It, even to this day, was the most terrifying experience the girl ever endured. That first fit of Rage culminated in the death of four villagers - a child about her age, two women, and a man twice her size and age. Amidst the terror of what she had done and the whirlwind confusion of the new senses that has struck her, Cali was arrested by local authorities and put into containment soon after, a death sentence pitted quickly over her head. News of the murders hit national media due to the shocking brutality and an internal leak that the government didn't manage to squander, and reaches ears of Toad, one Mortimer Toinbee, the lead member of an elite group known as The Knox. Toynbee has been a somewhat unwilling associate of Sabretooth's for a good number of years. He was one of Creed's closest informative contacts on the Korean mission, no less... and when the identity of the murdering Feral child's mother is brought to light, it is Toynbee who was the first to link Sabretooth as the father. It is Victor's eldest son Damien whom Toad contacted however, as Victor himself was heavily buried in a hit job at the time, and, in all honesty, Mortimer knew good and well that Rage was the girl's best hope for survival. The two, Toad and Rage - put Minx's kidnapping, capture and freedom from the government facility in which she was being held into play. It was a violent, barely successful endeavor, but one that, in the end, landed Cali thousands upon thousands of miles away in Canada, confused, terrified, and facing the beginnings of a completely new life. Instinct and scent alone alone confirm to Sabretooth that Cali Creed was his child, when the two did indeed meet two weeks after her arrival home. The two struck up an odd relationship, she utterly intimidated by him, and he rather incensed at suddenly 'inheriting' her... and yet both intrigued, he finding her a tolerable presence and Cali attached over having another soul there besides Toynbee who understood her native language. Sabretooth did what he does best in the years to come, proving to be a somewhat frightening, totalitarian authority figure, training the girl, pushing her, needling her into independence and far as he can make her reach. Creed, beyond such training, currently sees to it that the girl's school is funded, as well. Cali is tutored locally, by and amongst other Ferals in the area. Victor has a certain fondness for the child, to be certain, and Cali does with him, but they are never truly close; there is a level of distrust, bitterness and fear on Cali's side, and a level of sheer apathy on Sabretooth's, that will no doubt forever be at play between them. It is Damien who steps in as the father figure in Cali's life - it is he who dubs her Minx. The two of them, along with Toynbee, Cheyenne LeBeau, and the more recent addition of Cheyenne and Victor's child, Cali's baby brother Riley, make up what she now looks to as her 'family.'
