Oh wow, I don't think I could come up with a list half that long. Once I found this song by some pseudo-Satanic metal band called "Rape of Persephone," but there are probably a lot of pseudo-Satanic metal bands that have a song about her or Hades >_>... I also know this nifty band called Hekate, but that's not a song title :/

I just remembered another song, "Birdhouse In Your Soul" by They Might Be Giants. It has the lyric, "After killing Jason off and several screaming Argonauts."
