Mine changes as well..and I've read so many good ones so it's really hard to choose just one favourite. I really like Marmalade Boy, Death Note, Rorouni Kenshin, Naruto, Chobits, Karin..and the list goes on and on.
Oh, go read Vitamin if you can, it's short but it's a really good and sad story. It shows how bullying can affect ones life especially a teenager who seems to have lost all her friends.

Eeks, my favorite manga series? It's hard to tell.
Currently, my love leans towards Negima, though I do adore Chobits and Fruits Basket. I also love Hana-Kimi a lot.
Oi, now I can't think of all of my favorites. Well, at least I got the top ones down.

Chobits - Only read the first volume, a bit perverted, but I like it
Fruits basket - the wonderful world of shojo
MAR - I don't know if it's anime or americanime, but it's good...
