Just wondering, if tutorials are gonna be posted- they'd be member-submitted, not just by admins, right? I know that's a [i]really[/i] dumb question, but I thought I'd ask rather than make an idiot of myself later :X

Nope! If we decide to let tutorials go (I'm gonna leave the poll up for a week), then we'll allow everyone who has them to submit :)
