Announcements and Rules Forum: The Gallery: Rules and Blah de Foo

Allingar: The Gallery: Rules and Blah de Foo - Jan 19th 2006, 12:03AM Link | Report
As of present I have reviewed all of the entries that have been submitted to our gallery as a new club, and so if you artwork is still there, that means your good to go!
If for some reason something of yours was removed from the club gallery you will have already received a PM from me telling you so and the reasons behind the removal of the submission.

Things to keep in mind when submitting work to the gallery:
-I will be watching each and every submission, so don't think that you can sneak something in that dosn't belong.
-Try to keep our stuff clean guys, I will remove any submissions with excessive swearing, nudity, ya know the any of the stuff you wouldn't want your four year old to watch.
-Please submit finished works of art only to the gallery, a stick figure waving at the screen will most likely not make the cut. We want our gallery to be like a show case of the fine talent that sheezy art has to offer, however we do not discriminate on skill level. We know if you worked hard and we honor effort above most other things.
-If you want feedback on an uncompleted peice or have something that you would like to be viewed by the animation club/community but dont think that it is yet ready for the gallery, submit a link on the forum to your work so we can all check it out! I for one love to help fledgling artists.
-Watch and enjoy every one else's hard work!

Questions or comments please share, and since we are a club, and I am not a dictator, these rules can certainly be changed at any time as seen fit by the members of our wonderful group. Lata!

Shit, so theoretically you could have the best animated piece on earth, but because it contains a little too much swearing Detective Dipshit over here is going to remove it? This club is full of shit, and on that note I'd rather keep my works to myself.

Later morons.

I do not think that the 53759387528937845238 different "The Flashes" contests entries qualify as animations.

Question: what if we have 2 versions of an animation? Like, an original, then a better, updated one?

Is that a rule? Or just a statement.
