Should marijuana be legalized? i have a yes and no for that. yes, because it's not harmful at all and it could be great for our economy. it would boost it right off. no, because it's easier to get if it's not legalized and by making it legalized all the dealers would be fucked.

You know what? I agree with you. I think that it should be legalized. It honestly doesn't do anything worse than alcohol -- overuse of marijuana can lead to health problems, but the same thing happens with alcohol and tobacco. And yes, it would help a great deal in the economy. However, I don't think that fucked dealers is a reason why it shouldn't be legalized. No offense to anyone else, but seeing as dealers are already doing something that's illegal... I just don't think that's much of a concern. ^^;

Marijuana SHOULD be legalized. If marijuana was sold and the goverment taxed it the economy would be out of debt in no time! the only harm is constant smoking (inhaled) could cause lung infections. But that is a very very large amount of constant smoking. Like being high 24/7. I mean its no worse than smoking tobacco. Tobacco causes lung CANCER your better off with the MJ. It just taste a hella lot better and its got your "high" effect. Now about your "dealers" loosing their money. Thats not true. You know people with medical licenses and the dispensers of medical weed. Dealers can sell their harvest to the dispensers. With the taxes they'll still be making their money. they have a good crop they'll make very good money. By the way people over 18 can apply for licenses. Im glad a dispenser is being built in the town next to me. Anyway. Pipes, Bongs, Hookahs, etc etc. The smoking devices (lol) are sold legally. Why? Because their classified as use for smoking tobacco. But as we all know its not only used for tobacco. Anyway theirs alot of good things about legalizing marijuana. Dont give me that "its a gate way drug" ****. ITS YOuR OWN CHOICE IN WHAT YOU CHOOSE TO DO! You choose a harmful drug like speed and all those others thats the own stupid choices. Places that have legalized marijuana do not have high crime rates. Or overdoses on drugs. Or alcoholics like the united states does. USA is know for the worst rates out of any other place. When somebody is drunk near you while they may be a cry baby or trying to fight you, you always have the option of pushing them and watching them stumble, add stairs for more fun. When someone smokes they're fucking cool, or a cuban dictator, so that means tobacco is good for you or at least the image of america. While a person is high on that wacky Mary jane they're annoying to any people in the room who are sober, and if you find a real dickhead tries to get you to laugh at the humor they see in all situations. If marijuana were to be legalized we would have more people perpetually high and doing being annoying then we do now. No. I'm even going as far as saying that cigarettes should be banned to. This stuff just stinks and is unhealthy and smokers are mostly aggressive egoists. D:

I pretty much think it should be legalized. Most of the arguments against weed can applied to fags and booze too. Weed smokers are normally far more agreeable than drunks and it has less of an effect. However, the problem I have with weed is the lifestyle it can create in people. I know a few people that have just got into a routine with it, where they stay in ALL the time and just smoke it constantly. They stop going out, stop socializing, stop going to class. I guess this can be applied to alcohol too, but people drink to be social and go out and have fun. It seems more self destructive when people stop living their life normally for weed.
