Seriously you guys. You nag nag nag about banned users repeatedly coming back. IP Banning honestly isn't unheard of. So why not just impliment it? Instead of delayed seek and destroys of multiple ban evasion accounts, there should be a "Three strikes, you're out" rule. If you're found back after three chances, you're done, finito, history, buh-bye. And on the topic of banning, honestly, fix the ruling of supposed topic bannings, meaning art, commenting, etc. If I'm banned from commenting, I SHOULD still have right to everything else. INCLUDING art viewing, submitting, and so forth. Just not commenting. Is this a glitch, or just a ruling of ineptitude? Oh and the friends list "You are banned" is real cute too. Think about it. Just do it.
