I can't view the Galleries and I can't add any new artwork... I can drag the artwork, but can't add it.

This might not be a bug as ToxicLust suggests. Sometimes a club admin hasn't setup the member privileges properly under the 'members' tab, by assigning members to groups which in turn gives a member the authority to post artwork in the club.
