Chances are that you've already heard of it, but there's new legislation giving Obama to essentially shut down and censor the internet in the U.S. without needing any specific reasons. I don't remember everything about it, but there's a Philip DeFranco video on youtube that I heard about it through. If you go to www.youtube.com/sxephil and look through the videos, there should be one called "Obama owns your internets" or something like that, with information and links about it. What's your opinion on this sort of censorship?

i personally doubt this bull shit. it would never have passed the supreme court. it violates the constitution.

It's congress passing a bill allowing him to shut down the internet for whichever reasons he sees fit, via executive order. I don't know a lot about it, but I at least attempt to keep up to date on the news that's actually newsworthy.
