An interesting question. I would hope they do. For when I construct my very own giant robot and drive it around. Cause if chicks aren't into that, it'd be a lot of wasted effort.

one of my friends who is a girl adores mechs, I'm not really into them myself. I dunno something about them bores me.

I like them alright enough. I like stories where the mechas are more of a catalyst and tool, rather than the sole focus of the story. My fav giant robot anime would have to be Gundam 8th MS team T_T I have a friend who's also a chick who is the most knowledgeable person I can think of when it comes to giant robots. She spends a lot of her time hanging out on mecha based forums and I'm sure she's seen every gundam there is and she goes on about them whenever a new anime with robots comes out.

I love it~ :3 Giant robots is another part of anime~ It's what makes it amazing~ I really love mecha! <3 <3 Gurren Lagann is a GREAT Mecha anime :D I also liked Gundom and Zoids- Zoids was my favorite >o> What I don't like is when the storyline is like... Taking up all the fight scenes ._. I expect some flames or rockets or SOMETHING. A drill at least. Oh, by the way, I'm a girl ^-^ <3 and I like mecha.
