I was also dissapointed with the Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne anime, I like the manga much better; so much about fin was cut out too
I think Cross would be a good anime though, the plot is so gooooood ^__^

Haha, would I be hated for admitting to crying after reading the second volume? I really know what Haine's going through with her father in a less than rich sort of way. It was just so sad, and I'm really getting into the manga. I hope it gets made into an Anime. I like to think that mangas and animes are paradoxes of each other.
In most animes, you notice there are episodes that weren't even mentioned in the manga are in the series. I like to think of the 'what ifs' in a way. Also, it helps me get a better feel for the characters, like how they act, how they talk, walk, their hand gestures, etc.
Being a writer myself, I enjoy both manga and animes, it's why I always buy all of both.
