Now thats out of the way, I do enjoy for the time being:
Mirror's edge (360)
X-men versus street fighter (arcade)
Saints row 2 (360)
however in general of all the games I've ever played:
Audacity (ps2)
the first two oddworld games (playstaiton)
Metal slug 3 (arcade)

Fallouts, Quake 3 and Starcraft :3
I'd list Half-Life, Halo and Portal, too, but those three above are the ones I come back to the most

All I got is a ps2 but I have played on other systems. But my all time favorites are(I have played alot...but these are my favorites):

DDR, Final Fantasy series, Kingdom Hearts series, Jak series, Resident Evil 4 [only one I've played], Sid Meier's Civ series, and some others that I can't think of off of the top of my head at the moment.

SHIFT series, Hero's Arms, and all those Alchemy'd games like the Doom Trilogy Pack, Zero Tolerance, OutZone... yeah, a huge sucker for those old games being put in a way I can play them anywhere an internet connection exists.
