I propose that the right-honourable members of this forum compile a list of links relating to the teaching and learnin' of arts.

Why is there not one already? Perhaps there is. If there was it wasn't stickied and thus I presume it was bollocks. If it did infact exist at all.

I'll begin with a link to a book which no one on sheezyart will read, as they're too busy believing that they can be the next great manga-ka without any knowledge of the human form what-so-ever. Plus, anyone with a reading age of 11 may struggle with such a book. Plus, anyone who actually wants to learn about art probably won't be looking on the Sheezyart forums. But humour me here.

Claimed as many great artists to be a book well worth your time, if you're looking for some help with drawing the human form then there is no finer read my good fellows.

I'm just gonna dump some of the links from my folder related to figure drawing, all of these sites have depictions of the human form naked, so if you're not into that kinda gross thing, just visit the following link to learn how to draw a kick ass sonic picture instead.

K human form and anatomy links. Some of these links can be pretty heavy on your internets btw.

Ok, some colour and painting stuff now, I know how you kids all adore photoshop, so i'll start with some tutorials on that.

On this page there are various tutorials on using photoshop to paint and render (not copying a photo using the colour picker tool, though I suppose these tutorials could help with that).

If someone would supply some easy to understand colour theory that'd be great.

Glad to see someone is trying to do something good around here. Well here's my bit. Great site for figure drawing if you have no access to a model. It basically has a bunch of digital models of human body with the muscle structure showing.

Oh wow someone is actually wanting to learn how to draw on SheezyArt!

I'm a pretty big of this artist and he has some tutorials on his website:
http://www.dueysdrawings.com/drawing_tutorials.html
I also like this site, but I'm not sure if they have tutorials for figure drawings:
http://www.artgraphica.net/free-art-lessons/free-art-tutorials.htm
Here are some figure tutorials:

I'm not sure what medium you use, but I use pencils and find these sites very helpful.
