If someone doesn't want their art voted on, it's up to them. You can still give a person critique even they desire it or not, neither would you get reported if you do it nicely and not like a retard. If people decide they don't want comments on the artwork, it's also up to them. Why does that bother you? Probably because you're a troll and need some release of your temper or something. Usually people disable the comments because they don't want retarded comments on something serious. Sometimes people do art for fun or because they need to express something. When doing so, other people tend to bitch about it and bash the person for doing so. And I don't think anyone would want any critique on an artwork when dealing with something personal. This is an art site open for any artist. If they don't want retarded comments OR get voted, then it's up to them. Not you. Why is commenting to others so important to you?
