Ok call me crazy for doing this with absolutely no start up capital. That should change as this project goes along as I am looking in to getting investors.

As for the project. I am starting a game development studio in West Texas. The company will be about making wrestling/fighting games and roleplaying games.

The Ultimate Wrestling Game is our first project and will leave a big footprint for us in the wake of things to come. I am only a concept artist and design document writer. I need modelers and animators. And eventually programmers. This will be a 3d PC Game.

The project will be using the free Havok engine for PC developers. This is the same engine as seen in Def Jam Icon, Assassin's Creed, Lord Of The Rings Online, D&D Online, and the Halo series. A link is given below for the download.

The team will have it's own developer message board for questions and comments to each other. This board will also be where images will be shown to the group.

What I need to see
-SA Gallery or Personal Gallery Homepage
-Demo Reel if you have more thats not on DA (send to texastitan2001@gmail.com)

Job Requirements
-Use of Maya or 3dStudio Max (The engine works with both)
-Download of the Free Havok Engine @ http://tryhavok.intel.com/
-Love of Wrestling and or RPG's
-Model and Animate characters and environments
-Patience With Me
-Enthusiasm
-Agreement to NDA
-As an artist I know a BA or any other degree means nothing compared to actual talent and dedication.

What You Can Expect Of Me
-Concept Art
-Enthusiasm
-Dedication
-Determination
-Constant Goal of Helping All Members of the Team!
-To Work For Free Along Side Everyone Until Everyone Can Be PAID

I'm not nearly skilled enough to help with this, but I can give some bits of advice.

For one, starting a proper business with no start-up capital isn't just crazy, it's a bad idea. It's hard to get investors in this sort of thing, so you should try to save up a fair bit of money so you can fund development yourself until things really get underway. If you want to jump right into production, you'll probably have to do stuff home-brew style in your spare time while building up funds with a day job.

Also, if you haven't done so already, you might want to cast your net elsewhere. We've got low population and low traffic here. Heck, I run the club and it took me nearly a month to even notice your post.

Best of luck. I look forward to your Wrestling and/or RPG madness.
