Blink is awesome, thanks for showing it to me first. I also liked the first episode of the fourth season because of the pantomime session between Donna and the Doctor, lol. I didn't think I'd like Donna, but she grew on me. And the one where the Doctor thought he was a real human - The Family of Blood. I liked him and hated him at the same time sometimes.
That is a great catchphrase. Damn, I'm gonna miss Tennant ;__;
In that episode, he WAS human. He had to change his species to hide from the family of blood because they can smell the Time Lord on him!
I totally love Donna. She's so cheeky, and has absolutely no interest in the Doctor. It was so sad about Martha. :( But you see her in season 4 anyway. I'm gonna miss Tennant toooo!! I'm not sure I like the new guy they have (Matt Smith). He looks kind of evil. DEFINITELY not as cute as David Tennant! He's also the youngest actor to play the Doctor. He looks too much like a kid to be revered all over the universe.
I know! And the first chat Donna and the half human half Time Lord Doctor in the last episode of the fourth season was hilarious! "You're like worms!" I cracked up so hard. It was so sad when he had to wipe her mind ;__; I'm gonna miss her. All the continuing characters really grow on you.
Yeah, I saw a picture of Smith when I tried to research him and he's sooooo not cute. Nose is too big =/ And he's way young. It's superficial to judge him like that, but there aren't too many records or info about him that I could find. LOL evil? Maybe? I thought he looked a little too blunt (facial structure wise) like a boulder in some areas.... ugh. But still, I'll give him a chance next year :]
I watched a YouTube video of him talking about being the next Doctor, and there is room there for him to be a cute Doctor. I hope he does it justice, I'm going to give him a chance because I don't want to be one of those losers who thinks Tennant can be the only Doctor because well ... there's 11. lol

Ohh, youtube. Haven't considered that, I'll look him up. I went to Chapters the other day and there are so many books of Doctor Who with Tennant splashed on their covers, lol. And the stories weren't in the tv series, so i was a little tempted. I'll just go and borrow them or something, I think.

In the fourth season when they visit the planet of the ood. Uh, forget who owned the ship, but it wasn't Jack. YEAH! Holy crap, AND BOE HAD A BOEMINA! It freaking got pregnant! It was only in the background of the news station episode, but I'm not too sure if it's true, seeing as the space station actually made the news.
I actually haven't leafed through one of them yet. Usually they are let downs - I read the first page of The Dark Knight and cracked up laughing.
Re-watch the episode in season 1 about the space station which delivered the news, and in a later episode became the Game Station where the players were disintegrated if they lost. in the background somewhere is a screen with Boe on it with news announcing its pregnancy, lol.
Hey, apparently he could evolve to become a ginormous FACE, and who knows if he still retains his genitalia? He could potentially be humans evolved to the point where they can produce asexually, lol.
I thought evolution happened over generations based on what body parts are needed and not needed. I don't think evolution could happen to one guy. Jack keeps aging, I think that's just what happens to a person if they can live for 500 billion years. lol
He could potentially evolve over such a long time - and how else do you explain how his head got so huge and his body disappeared? There's speculation about the human race growing larger heads in the future because we base our lives so much on our mental processes, and our bodies becoming smaller. Thoughts like these make me want to jump on the TARDIS just to find out, lol.
Doctors like David Tennant make me want to jump on the TARDIS. Though that explanation kind of makes sense. Though I don't think it would happen to one person, I would think that since he ages, his body wears away. NO IDEA. It's a TV show! lol! Doesn't have to make sense.
LOL I'm supposed to write a ten page essay based on the first episode of season 2 of Doctor Who, exploring the paradigms and scientific crises within it. It's actually not as bogus as it sounds, since I have to prove/disprove a lot of the sci-fi in the show, reference it to past history, theories, etc. Due in a few weeks, I am being worked like a pack mule Dx

I'm getting more and more into sci-fi. lol Actually I've ALWAYS been into sci-fi and I never realized it until I thought of all my favourites. Favourite book - Hitchhiker's Guide to the Universe. Favourite cartoon - Futurama. Favourite show (of the moment) - Doctor Who. And when I was really young I used to be REALLY into this ameture manga called Star Superz about a space ship crew.

Awesome, so we've got a sci-fi nerd in the pack now! Kim's the romantic, Amye's into... very diverse things, I'm into graphic novels at the moment, and you're the sci-fi nut! At least we'll never get bored with all the tastes we've got.
ps. Torchwood is a lot more... graphic than I thought it'd be. I started watching the second episode of the first season in the dining room and had to press mute so many times, lol.
