what is your username on deviantART? i've certainly never heard of a PVA teling someone "we don't care" - even if we don't. in your case, if there is art theft on site (deviantART), did you report to the helpdesk?

deviantART bans subscribers (paying members), there are MANY instances of this. picking on members requesting help; that is a little vague; help with what? a question that is answered a million times in a FAQ? administrators don't pick on the user, generally other users berate the user for not taking the time to learn themselves.

I reported it all right, and my picture was removed. The original. Than when they restored my art, they didn't seem to want to remove the offending one. The one who took it finally removed it themselves. And even after this was all over, she still asked me not to report her, which told me they didn't contact her. Wether they did or not, I'm not sure, no one told me anything. A couple of days later, an animated cartoon icon I did was removed "as per TOS" I see 50 cartoon character icons on DA everyday, but my was the only one considered offensive.

When I had harassment by a paying member, he was allowed to send 5-12 hate messages to me a day (which I reported each one), as was a non paying member. I was told "you're not on our priority list" and they did nothing. I'll clearly tell people how dissatisfied I am with the site. They owe me at least a stop in harassment and art theft. If I'm not happy with a free archive, I surely won't pay for one. I stopped uploading as often and only linger for the clubs there. I won't shake my fist and huff and puff with calling DA Nazi run, but if asked, I will tell what my experiences were.

And it's ~tapail. I doubt I'll have an account much longer since I have spoken up. I can be a little bit mouthy when I'm angry. I even told one of the administration he needs to learn not to be rude to the members. Members are the ones who make the site so large. It's like customer service at any store.
