The detail in this pin up is amazing. I can't even begin to think of how frustrating the feathers alone were for you. I definitely like the pose, it suggests an invitation and her clawed feet hints at a threat. Nice work, keep it coming.
It's a pretty good picture, though I do agree with daruichan about the harpy thing.
The only thing I think could be different is to make the wings part of her arms, rather than have a set of wings that are on her back and are fairly incongruous when their coloring is compared to the rest of her feathers.
