That has got to be the most entertaining thing that I have seen all day:)! I love his expression when the guy is cussing right in his ear, poor guy!
Man I just watched that at work, it about pegs what I do. I work at a hospital being the damn operator and if you change what the guy was yelling about to something about perscriptions then its's 100% correct.
