When the war broke out, Dart volunteered right away. Unfortunatly, he mouthed off to his drill instructor and was transfered to Special Services aka, the Janitorial Staff. He was a terrible janitor, and often daydreamed about becoming a Recon officer. Had he been given the opporotunity they would have found him to be a natural. His silent movements and calm demeanor would have proved invaluable. He also has a nack for gaining entry into off-limits areas.
But his pleas were ignored. And his rage grew. He grabbed his janitorial uni-key, which he plans to use as a gift to impress his new commander: Otakun, of the Dreadfish.

His powersuit is that of a janitor. It has only one purpose: to keep Dart working. It boosts endurance to a point nearly impossible. All other attributes suffer. In his spare time, Dart practiced close combat with his mop. As such, he has gained some skill with a staff. His lack of fight experience might make him a liability in battle, but with little training he would be able to infiltrate fish headquarters and gain access to any level of the complex.
