This is a website I had to make for a class. The art is not mine though the layout of the site is.

I took pictures of her paintings (she is so talented. I love the way she paints. THe emotion just reaches out and grabs you), some (due ot being painted with stuff that reflects the damned flash) I had to play a bit with the highlights and lowlights as well as contrast, but these are Amber's paintings. Do not take them please respect her talent and hard work.

Because some of the art was for class assignments (she's a 2D art major) they didn't quite all match, so I made them the best way I could. Note the laying the pics of the paintings on time of filtered larger pictures of the same painting.

Now mind you I am a relative newbie at web design and I'm still trodding through getting decent with html (only to have my prof tell me my next site should be coded in PHP (everyone give CC mad lovins for being so patient with my old self and helping me with knowing what to do).

Please leave crit. Constuctive crit. What I've done right as well as where and how to improve. While I've found this to be a lot of frustration as I was also dealing with artist's block, I really really like web design.
