A kirin is sort of a Chinese/Japanese unicorn. It is also the word for giraffe and a brand of lager. I've been obsessively trying to design one that's to my liking, and this seems to be on the right path.

Awesome drawing. I mean that. Kirins are anything but easy to draw - believe me, I've tried! I can draw a traditional unicorn in a heartbeat but Kirin are insanely complicated. Kudos!

This is really wonderful, you've definatly have all the right characteristics.
Kirin's are described as a mix of dragon and deer, this one deffinatly seems to lean more toward the dragon aspect, I love it!
