If a human male gets injected with the Villi'canis virus or bit by either a Villicarine or Villicarino, they will start to mutate into something a little... unpleasing to the eye. This is a male Villicarino who was experimented on in the research division. Sometimes it's not a good idea to inject unknown chemicals into your poor test subjects because this type of thing could very well happen.
